Graffiti art created at the Art Fair by guests on May 24, 2023
On May 24, 2023, the Illinois Medical District was proud to host its first annual Art Fair at 2023 W. Ogden Ave.
Local artists, many who contributed to the graffiti art installation that served as a backdrop for the event, joined District partners and passersby to celebrate the vibrant arts culture from our surrounding neighborhoods. Attendees enjoyed tacos from Masa Brothas, music from DJ Alex Miura and Urban Prairie Waldorf School and River Birch Charter School and a graffiti panel discussion moderated by S.H.E. Gallery.
Attendees included Urban Prairie Waldorf School/River Birch Charter School, ChiCAT, Road Home Program, Snow City Arts, Urban Autism Solutions, Chicago Lighthouse, S.H.E. Gallery, DS Luxury, Masa Brothas and DJ Alex Miura.
