Construction is underway on the retail portion of the IMD Gateway development. The Gateway is a 9.5 acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Damen and Harrison. Positioned at the heart of the IMD, the Gateway will provide a range of amenities, offices, labs, a hotel and residential space. It is poised to become an economic catalyst for the IMD and the near west side.
Phase one infrastructure construction, which includes retail and amenity spaces, is scheduled for completion in fall of this year.
