The Family Advocate‘s role is to provide support, advocacy, education, and case management services to child victims of sexual abuse and maltreatment and be a liasion for family needs. The Family Advocacy Program provides victim support and advocacy services to all clients at ChicagoCAC and their non-offending family members as a part of the multi-disciplinary team response. The family is assessed for social services / mental health needs and provided relevant service referrals and crisis intervention when needed.
